Around the world
The around the world is a great shoulder and back exercise. This exercise targets the anterior, posterior and lateral deltoids in a rotational movement that also strengthens your core and glutes.

Lay down on floor, face pointing down and feet on the floor.
Lift chest up from floor, keep feet on the floor.
Bring your hands back over your butt, clap and bring them forward again while keeping your chest up through the whole exercise.
